1. Who we are
Prime ARX (the “Shop”) is an independent online retailer of digital game activation codes. The legal entity behind the Site is identified in the Site footer. The Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the storefronts (Steam, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, NCSoft) or game publishers whose products it sells.
2. Products & service
The Shop sells activation codes (“Keys”) for games hosted on third-party storefronts. Keys are sourced from authorised distributors. Each Key is single-use, redeemed by the buyer on the relevant storefront. The Shop does not provide ongoing access to the game itself — that relationship is between the buyer and the storefront / publisher.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have explicit permission to use it.
4. Account registration
An account is optional. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@primearx.com immediately.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable European Union value-added tax (VAT) calculated based on the country you provide at checkout. The Shop accepts VISA and Mastercard only; payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified third-party gateway and the Shop does not store full card numbers.
The Shop reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where a price was clearly mistaken (for example, listing a €60 game at €0.60 due to a system error). In such cases the buyer is notified and refunded in full.
6. Code delivery
Activation codes are delivered by email after payment is confirmed and after the distributor releases the code. Delivery time is typically under one minute; in rare cases delivery may take up to a few hours due to upstream supplier delays. The “Order received” page polls for the code and refreshes automatically.
7. Nature of digital goods & withdrawal
By placing an order you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is lost once the content has been delivered.

8. Region restrictions
Activation codes can be region-locked by the publisher. The Shop publishes the activation region on each product page. Buyers who activate a code on a storefront account set to a country outside the advertised region do so at their own risk; the Shop cannot refund a code rejected because of buyer-side region mismatch when the region was clearly disclosed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shop’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. The Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of progress, lost game time, or in-game items.
10. Intellectual property
All game titles, brand names, logos, screenshots, key art and other trademarks shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification of the products being sold and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
The Shop’s own brand — the “Prime ARX” name, the flame mark and the visual design of the Site — remains the property of the Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Termination
The Shop may suspend or close any account that engages in chargeback abuse, fraudulent payment, or repeated violation of these terms. Closed accounts forfeit access to the My Keys archive; codes already redeemed remain on the user’s storefront account regardless.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, where the legal entity behind the Site is registered, and by applicable European Union consumer-protection law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact will be settled by the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted by your country of residence.
13. Changes
The Shop may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
